Vehicle listings and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle availability, pricing, mileage, specifications, and other listing information accurate and up to date on our website. However, listings may occasionally contain typographical errors or outdated information, and vehicles may sell before our inventory updates appear online. All digital listings are intended for informational purposes and are subject to final confirmation by Vickers Classic Cars. We work closely with our clients to verify all details before any transaction is completed.
Vehicle sales and inspection terms
Vehicles offered by Vickers Classic Cars are sold on an "as-is" basis unless specifically noted otherwise in an applicable purchase agreement or written bill of sale. Any specific warranty, guarantee, inspection period, or special terms will always be stated in the vehicle's formal sales documentation. We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to inspect vehicles in person or arrange for an independent pre-purchase inspection prior to completing a purchase.
Deposits and vehicle holds
We may accept deposits to hold a classic vehicle while final purchase arrangements or shipping logistics are established. The required deposit amount, reservation duration, and whether the funds are refundable will be clearly disclosed prior to payment acceptance. Every hold is governed by an individual written deposit agreement, which buyers should review carefully before submission.
